Step 1
Insert the 2 Horizontal bars into both side face of the cart. These will be your foundation to a sturdy structure
Step 2
Place the bottom shelf piece in place, there are studs that slots right into the shelf piece.
Step 3
Pieces that only get better with time and wear Grab the other 2 top support bars and place them on top both side face. These will be another support to hold your Table top surface. Make sure to slot it in place.

The Thundercart is made from Baltic birch plywood. It is a premium, all-birch hardwood panel (often from Russia/Finland) known for its superior strength, stability, and high ply count. It is waterproof and able to withstand multiple temperatures.
What is the manufacturing time?
We will need your deposit or full payment in order to start our manufacturing process. Manufacturing usually takes 1-2 weeks depending on the contractor's availability.
When will I get my order?
1-2 Weeks from the deposit made. We will discuss with you on the timeline.
Where are your products manufactured?
We collaborate with a local carpenter here in Penang. They are specialised in CNC cutting projects such as this.
How much does shipping cost?
We will calculate the shipping costs based on your location. This product weighs about 50kg in total.
