How We Select Our Coffee Beans

It all starts with taste. As a coffee connoisseur with nearly a decade of experience, I’ve honed my palate to identify specific flavor profiles that resonate with a wide audience. After several cupping sessions, we developed a 50/50 blend of Brazil and Ethiopia coffee beans for our first launch. This blend balances subtle floral notes with a low-acid profile, making it perfect for both espresso enthusiasts and pourover coffee lovers. To my delight, our customers have praised this blend for its well-rounded and approachable taste.

To bring our vision to life, we’ve partnered with exceptional coffee roasters in Malaysia, including Dennis from Tongue Mission Roastery.
