Ndiaini (often spelled Ndiani) is a premium coffee-producing factory and cooperative located in the high-altitude Nyeri region of Kenya, specifically within the Rumukia Farmer Cooperative Society. Known for producing high-quality Specialty Grade Arabica (SL28, SL34, Ruiru 11, Batian), this coffee is celebrated for its bright acidity, floral notes, and fruity flavors like blackcurrant, citrus, and cranberry.

Freshness Tip: For the best flavor, consume within 3 weeks after opening. Grinding beans fresh preserves more of their rich, vibrant notes. Pre-ground coffee loses flavor faster due to oxidation, so buying whole beans and grinding right before brewing ensures every cup is as flavorful as possible.
