A remarkable coffee from the highlands of Cajamarca, Peru.

Grown in El Diamante, near Jaén, Peru, this exceptional coffee comes from José Elmer Tineo Mendoza, a first-generation coffee producer whose dedication to quality earned him 3rd place in the prestigious Cup of Excellence competition, with an outstanding score of 90 points.

Together with his wife Gloria and son Elvis, Elmer cultivates approximately 10 hectares of coffee at elevations of 1,600–1,900 metres above sea level. What began as a family farm producing commercial-grade coffee has evolved into a pursuit of exceptional specialty coffee, driven by improved harvesting techniques, innovative processing methods, and a passion for quality.

The family practices organic farming methods, using natural compost to nourish their coffee trees while also keeping bees and producing honey on the farm.

This naturally processed coffee is a reflection of their hard work, dedication, and continuous exploration of flavour. Every cup tells a story of family, perseverance, and the pursuit of something extraordinary.

Freshness Tip: For the best flavor, consume within 3 weeks after opening. Grinding beans fresh preserves more of their rich, vibrant notes. Pre-ground coffee loses flavor faster due to oxidation, so buying whole beans and grinding right before brewing ensures every cup is as flavorful as possible.
