Kerinci in Jambi, known for complex flavors like tropical fruit, berries, chocolate, and spice, often processed naturally or honey-processed for vibrant sweetness and body, offering unique profiles from earthy & herbal to bright & citrusy, differing from typical Indonesian wet-hulled beans.
